Still here? Awesome.
Heres the deal: elections in your beloved homeland are around the corner, you really dislike other candidates, and you just inherited a significant sum.
So you decide to run for president. As anyone would.
However, there is very little time for campaign. You will need to carefully invest time and money into promoting yourself, and attacking opponents for their incompetence. In addition to initial funds you will get donations along the way, but you can also promise favours to people with deep pockets. Nothing can go wrong with that. Of course.
You can also align your core beliefs and policies to better match what voters want, as any decent politician does.
Travel around your country to get votes from all states - voters cant be ignored too much. They can even turn against you if they determine you went too far with aggressiveness.
Each short campaign is completely unique, one round takes only 10-15 minutes you will never see a game repeat itself unless you keep playing for a few millennia.
